Give us a Chance (GUAC) are a leading consortium of social landlords who work to help their tenants back into work.
Back in 2013 GUAC, who were newly founded, approached me to help create their branding image. Since then we have continued to work together to develop and build upon the initial brief.
as a membership body it is regularly attending and organising events to help communicate with it’s existing members, attract new members, and lobby to industry specialists and members of parliament. To aid this process I have created a variety of flyers and brochures for specific events, as well as broader long term literature. Exhibition pull banners were also designed to create a clear and strong presence in crowded conference locations, and to act as branded backdrops for talks.
Accompanying this are stationary branding, including business cards and letterheads.
Alongside the physical branding work I was commissioned to create a website which initially would act as a brochure for prospective clients, and as GUAC continues to grow would in turn provide greater functionality and information. A recent edition has been the ‘events’ section which includes downloadable iCal files to add events to your Outlook calendar, dynamically generated Google maps, and an RSVP function.
The website will continue to grow in the future with plans for a private members area, cloud storage facility, and more.
Members hear about the work of GUAC primarily through their email inbox through a regular newsletter produced in MailChimp. These newsletters use a custom designed template, as well as custom imagery.
